Connection and equipment fees
Connection fee = Local access fee + Customer-premises equipment fee + Circuit preparation fee
- Local access fee
- The cost of the fibre access works up to the service address; calculated according to the excavation distance.
- Customer-premises equipment fee
- Charged only if the subscriber rents the device to be installed at their premises from Mixnet. Subscribers may use their own device.
- Circuit preparation fee
- Charged per circuit for defining, configuring and commissioning the circuit.
The connection fee is one-off and varies by service address. The amount is communicated in a written quotation following a site survey of the address. Fees exclude VAT and special communication tax (ÖİV).
Terms
- The fee is billed monthly; VAT and special communication tax (ÖİV) are not included.
- The tariff requires no commitment; the subscription can be terminated at any time and no early termination fee applies.
- Availability of the service depends on the infrastructure at the service address.
