Private Mobile Networks

For large sites such as ports, mines, factories and campuses, we build LTE and 5G networks that you own, with strong security and predictable performance.

On large, demanding sites where Wi-Fi struggles with mobility, coverage and device density, private mobile networks deliver carrier-grade reliability. The network is yours: you decide the coverage, the capacity and which devices may connect.

Mixnet delivers private LTE and 5G projects end to end, from radio planning and on-premises core deployment to SIM and device management and integration with your existing OT and IT systems.

Capabilities

What we do

01

Radio planning and coverage

Base station and small cell placement based on site measurements and simulations.

02

On-premises core

EPC and 5G Core components hosted on your site, so your data stays on site.

03

Private LTE

A dependable platform for voice, data, video and IoT, backed by a broad device ecosystem.

04

Private 5G

Mission-critical applications with low latency, high device density and network slicing in SA architecture.

05

SIM and device management

Central management of SIM/eSIM, authentication and device policies.

06

OT/IT integration

Integration with your existing LAN, SCADA, camera and radio systems.

Architecture

The network on site, the data with you.

The radio access network and the core network sit inside your facility. Device traffic reaches local applications directly; only the traffic you allow leaves the site.

Data never leaves the site.

The AGV uses a private SIM that connects only to the site’s own network. The signal travels from the antenna on the mast over fibre to the equipment room, and on to the fleet management server. Because traffic doesn’t pass through an operator network, latency is low and data stays on site.
